Founder & CEO
Glenn is an engineer and entrepreneur, and has created and launched many innovative products, including iMovie and iPhoto. Glenn worked closely with Steve Jobs to design and deliver breakthrough products, holds numerous technological patents and has founded five different startup companies.
Joe Wabiszewski
VP Engineering
Joe was our first recruit in Milwaukee, a Mechanical Engineer with experience in manufacturing, mechanical design, and supply chain management. Joe is an avid outdoorsman and an optimist. He already has risen to be the most enthusiastic person on the team.
Angelo Quagliata
VP Business Development
Angelo has a wealth of experience in account management and business development and has worked with Glenn twice before. He is working on growth and partnerships.
Steve Dussé
Electrical Engineering
Steve is an MIT-educated electrical engineer with a career in engineering management at Logitech, aerospace, RSA security, and everything in between. Steve can fix anything, design sophisticated electronics, and is a licensed electrician. He is now a contractor who always comes through when we need him.

Sina Tamaddon
Sina was on the senior executive team at Apple for many years working with Steve Jobs. He was a Senior VP, but his business card just said "Office of the CEO".
Peter Gleason
Peter has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford, specializing in product design. Peter was previously part of Monkey Wrench Design, a San Francisco-based consulting firm.
Larry Hitchcock
Larry is the CEO and Co-Founder of Socialeads, a Milwaukee-based AI company. Larry has extensive experience in industry, media, and always has a big vision and great insights.
Chris Kolbe
Chris is a veteran of the apparel and direct-to-consumer marketplace, was Brand President at Lucky Brand, Land's End, Kohl's, and Sonos.
Ron Walter
Ron was the co-founder of Calpine Energy, and is a 30-year veteran of the electrical power industry, having grown with Calpine since its inception in 1984. He brings a range of knowledge about all aspects of the power industry, energy management, and markets.
Matt Renner
Matt is currently Executive Director of the World Business Academy. Matt is passionate about energy, conservation, and stewardship for the planet.
